My technical expertise spans across HTML, PHP, JS, CSS, React, Angular, and SQL. I am passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and efficiency.

Over the past 9 years, I have successfully built and scaled offshore staffing operations, growing teams from the ground up to over 300 employees. My leadership experience includes creating organizational structures, automating processes, developing KPIs, and implementing employee retention programs, achieving an exceptional retention rate of 98.8%.
